Vegan Avocado Creme


  • 1 avocado

  • 2 tbsp canned coconut milk

  • 1/2 lime, juiced

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Sea salt and pepper to taste


  1. Add canned coconut milk to the fridge overnight to help thicken

  2. Add all the ingredients to a food processor

  3. Serve with chips, tacos or on a grain bowl
