Spiralized Veggie & Turkey Stir Fry


  • 1 package of ground turkey or chicken

  • 1 bell pepper, spiralized

  • 1/2 red onion spiralized

  • 1 zucchini spiralized

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

  • sea salt and black pepper

  • spiced of choice: I used basil

  • tamari to taste


1. In one frying pan cook ground chicken or turkey on medium to high heat

2. In a separate frying pan add oil, sea salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar and spiralized vegetables as well as any spices you would like to use. Cook until softened

3. Combine both and serve with a bit of tamari
