1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
2 cups unsalted peanuts
1 tbsp coconut oil
1. add all the ingredients to a saucepan on low heat and mix until chocolate and coconut oil is melted and peanuts are well covered
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment and add mixture to baking sheet like you would with cookies
3. Freeze for 3 hours
Optional: top with sea salt
