1 tangerine/clementine, peeled
1/4-1/2 cup blackberries or berries of choice
1 cup cooked chickpeas
1/2 pear, diced
2 cups spring mix
1/2 avocado, sliced
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar OR fresh orange juice (or citrus fruit of choice)
1 tsp-1 tbsp olive oilsea salt to taste
Note: don't be afraid to play around with the ratios. If you want it to be less tangy then add less of the vinegars and more olive oil.
