1 gluten-free crust or mix
1-2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 cup goat feta or cheese/dairy-free cheese of choice
6-8 strips of prosciutto
1/2 cup sautéed shallots
1. Make crust as per package instructions
2. Make pesto of choice from the link provided
3. Halfway through the crust baking process it is likely that you will have to take it out of the oven, add the sauce then the topping and place back in the oven
Note: you may also want to sauté the mushrooms with the shallots to ensure they are soft after baking the crust.
