These make the perfect snack on the go or breakfast treat. Feel free to get creative and add to it what you want!
2 cups rolled oats
2 bananas - preferably ripe1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup dates
1 cup pecans or walnuts or whichever nuts or seeds you prefer
2 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup gluten-free flour of choice
3 tbsp ghee
1/4 pure maple syrup
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Line a 9 x 9 inch baking dish with oil or parchment paper
3. Combine the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until well mixed or mix by hand
4. Pour mixture in the pan and bake for 40 minutes or until the top starts to crisp.
5. These squares are more gooey so keep that in mind
