This is a unique pizza blend that includes a cauliflower based sauce, local asparagus, and really whatever toppings you want! If you want to make it vegan you can easily substitute the bacon and goat cheese for something like nutritional yeast, nut cheese and tempeh.
1 gluten-free pizza crust
1 cup goat feta or dairy-free cheese
6 strips of bacon or tempeh bacon
1 cup of peeled asparagus
1 cup of the Oh She Glows Cauliflower Alfredo
1. Make the crust and sauce as per the directions
2. Add the sauce to the crust and then add the remainder of your toppings and resume baking.
