01 DECLUTTER YOUR HOME
Its time to get rid of things that don't serve a purpose in your life anyone. Let go and clear some space.
02 SET PRIORITIES
Set some key priorities for your work/business/school, personal life, and health. Spring is a time of renewal and is a great way to revaluate those New Years resolutions you may have already forgotten about.
03 WORKOUT OUTSIDE
No more excuses. Now you can get outside, get some vitamin D and breath in some fresh air. Working out outside is a great way to get energized.
04 GET LIGHTER FOODS
You might find that your body is craving warmer foods. Listen to your body and start to incorporate lighter meals like salads and smoothies and less stews and soups.
05 GET LOCAL
Local food is going to become more widely available. Be sure to take advantage of the local, fresh produce in your area.
06 DECLUTTER YOUR COMPUTER
Now that you have decluttered your home, its time to tackle your computer. Remove unnecessary files, duplicate images and emails you no longer need.
Stretch, move and breath.
08 PLANT A GARDEN
If you have a yard then great but if you don't then try indoor plants or planter boxes!
09 PRACTICE DEEP BREATHING
Reduce stress and energize yourself by practicing deep breathing.
10 WALK BAREFOOT IN THE GRASS
Get connected to nature and walk outside in the grass - not the muddy stuff of course...
