If you aren't a morning person but like breakfast, this is a perfect option for you. Breakfast jars allow you to have a filling and healthy breakfast without much prep in the morning. This is also good for people who don't feel like eating first thing in the morning and want to bring their breakfast on the road.
All you have to do is heat up your breakfast jar in the morning. I recommend prepping a few at the beginning of the week if you don't think you will have enough time in the morning.
Change it up and try overnight oats in a jar, chia pudding in a jar or even mini pancakes and fruit!
1/4 sweet potato spiralized
1/2 cup cooked black beans, rinsed
Optional: mushrooms, peppers, diced
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp coriander
1 tbsp olive oil
1 wide mouth mason jar
Fry each egg in a mason jar lid so they hold their shape
Add olive oil, black beans, chili powder, cumin, coriander, sweet potato, and black beans to a frying pan and cook until softened
Layer ingredients in a jar
