Valentines Day Smoothies



Valentines Day is around the corner and instead of binging on chocolate and sweets, try incorporating some delicious smoothies that contain natural sources of sugar!


Below you will find:

Cherry Smoothie

Strawberry Watermelon Lemonade Smoothie

Beetiful Smoothie





Cherry Smoothie 

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen cherries

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 banana

1/2 avocado

1 tsp vanilla 

1 cup coconut milk

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth 




Strawberry Watermelon Lemonade 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup frozen raspberries (or another 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries)

1/2 lemon, juiced

1 cup fresh or frozen watermelon

1 tsp coconut sugar 

optional: 1/4 cup coconut yogurt 

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth 




Beetiful Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 small beet, peeled and diced

1 cup frozen pineapple

1 cup water

1/4 cup vanilla coconut yogurt

optional: 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 

optional: 1/2 avocado 

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
