1 cup plant-based milk
2 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp peppermint
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 can of coconut milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1.*** Place canned coconut milk in the fridge overnight***
2.Heat milk until hot but not boiling
3. While you wait for it to heat, rinsed the canned coconut milk and remove the liquid. Add vanilla and beat for 10 minutes until whip cream texture.
3. Then add remainder of ingredients EXCEPT whipped cream
4. Add to a blender if you have an immersion blender (be safe - it's hot!). If you don't use something to froth it.
5. Serve with whip cream on top
