Eat This Not That
This post isn’t about restriction but to show you that there are healthier options out there! Check the list above and below to see what simple swaps you can make to make your pantry and meals healthier.
Why do I suggest these changes? Well many people are stuck eating white bread, pasta, rice, crackers, etc., when there are actually a lot of great and healthier options. The best part is, is that many of these alternatives are also great tasting. Yes, SOME taste a little difference, but for the most part, you won’t even notice. This is especially true with pasta and grains which are usually covered in sauce anyways!
Give it a shot and start by substituting a couple things each week. In order to fully make the change, be sure to get rid of the old food so you aren’t tempted to have it instead of your new healthier options.
