Ok so you may have read my post about stepping into spring BUT now I want to create a fun little challenge. Over the next FIVE WEEKS, I want you to try incorporating these into your life.
Week 1: Drink 2-3 L of water a day
Week 2: Declutter your home, work area, and pantry/fridge
Week 3: Create a menu plan and itemized grocery list for the next month and fill your fridge and pantry with healthy food
Week 4: Go for a walk or run outside at least TWO times this week
