Anyone else slip when it comes to keeping up their health goals and practices during the summer like me?
Although I love the heat and summer is my favourite season, September is one of my favourite months because I find its my version of New Year Resolutions. September is a great chance to start fresh with a clean slate.
This month, I am going to be focusing on my wellness routine, setting goals and eating better (yes - even a nutritionist can get off track!).
