Roasted and Wrapped Asparagus


  • 1 bunch of asparagus, cleaned and ends removed

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 package of prosciutto (enough for one slice per piece of asparagus)

  • crushed black pepper to taste

  • nutritional yeast for topping


1. Preheat oven to 400F

2. Wrap asparagus with prosciutto

3. Cover with oil and black pepper

4. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until it begins to brown

5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with nutritional yeast
