Meditation Challenge





September can be one of the busiest times of the year for a lot of people. You may have kids going back to school, starting a new job or catching up on work after the summer, or perhaps starting back at college or university!


This is exactly why I chose September for the 1 Week Meditation Challenge. This is a great to slow down during this hectic season!


How does it work? Simple - just meditate for as long as you want every day for one week.


If you're new to meditation, try meditating for maybe 2 minutes the first time and make your way up to 5 or more minutes near the end of the week. Meditation is not easy for our busy minds so don't feel like you have to rock it your first time around. It takes time and practice and this is a great way to get started.
