Journalling is a great way to reflect on your day, think about the positive things in your life (even when you are going through a rough patch) and think about how you could have approached things in a more positive manner each day.
My challenge to you is to journal every morning and or night for a week. If you need more motivation then I highly recommend the 5 Minute Journal.

What am I grateful for? (2-3 things)
Where could I have been more positive today?
What am I most excited for today and/or tomorrow?
I further challenge you do to this longer than a week and try a whole month!
