Healthy Cobb Salad


-two cups greens of choice

-2 strips of cooked bacon or substitute for tempeh

-1/2 avocado, cubed

-1/4 cup tomato, diced

-1 hard boil egg, sliced

-optional: 1/2 cup chickpeas for added texture

For the dressing I use Chosen Foods Lemon Garlic Dressing


1. Add all the ingredients to the bowl and add dressing to your taste! Thats it :)
