Fun 12 Days of Christmas Workout





Warm up for 10 minutes before starting!


How does it work? Perform #1 and #2 then #1-3, then #1-4, and so on

1 - 4 double skips

2 - chin ups

3 - burpees

4 - box jump

5 - kettle bell swings

6 - pushups

7 - walking lunge

8 - mason twists

9 - glute bridge

10 - jump squats

11 - mountain climbers

12 - jumping jacks


Modify movements as needed and feel free to change up the moves for future workouts.
