Ep. 24 Why focusing on self care is key to your wellbeing and how to actually practice it

Self-care is something we often forget about when we are focused on work and school, kids and family members, taking care of your home, and the list goes on.

During this quick solo episode, I share the importance of self-care and some of my favourite ways to practice self-care.

Self-care does NOT need to be complicated and some of the tips I talk about are around simple mindfulness practices, light movement, and fun things you can do with friends and family.
