Who doesn't love to travel?! Whether it's a road trip with friends or going to a new exotic destination, getting outside of your typical space can be invigorating, relaxing and so much fun.
With that being said, the process of actually travelling, and being in a new place can take a toll on both your physical and mental health so it's important to practice basic self care when travelling.
During this quick solo episode, I share some of my experiences travelling as well as some of my top tips to ensure that you are eating safe food, staying hydrated and moving your body.
Whether you're going on a road trip, travelling overseas or travelling for work from hotel to hotel, there are tips that you can take from this episode and apply to your life!
