During this episode I share some of my top tips for people who are busy but are still looking to eat well and feel great. Everyone is "busy" but that doesn't mean that there are simple things you can't do to live a healthier life.
Some of the top tips I expand on are investing in menu planning softwares, and grocery deliver or pickup services, simple meal prep, and scheduling in time for movement just like you would appointments and meetings.
