Easy Baked Oatmeal


Ingredients:

  • 1 egg

  • 2 bananas

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or hemp

  • 2 tbsp ground flax

  • 1/2 cup pecans or nut/seed of choice

  • 1 tbsp maple

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup almond butter or nut/seed butter of choice

  • Banana, sliced for topping (optional)




Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F

2. Mix all the ingredients together

3. Add to a baking dish or loaf dish

4. Bake for 20 minutes

5. Top with banana
