Crockpot Challenge

Join me starting February 6th for a week of crockpot meals. My challenge to you is to create 5 crockpot recipes that are either side dishes, mains, brewed teas or whatever else you want to try.

Crockpots are GREAT for busy people. Pop in a meal in the morning and its ready when you get home from work. This is a fantastic meal prep method to help keep you eating healthy and motivated. AND...don't forget to make extras for lunches.

Need some inspiration? Look up some of these recipes online:

-Try my Comforting Quinoa Chili

-Or my Crockpot Chicken Noodle Soup

-Look up chaga tea recipes in a crockpot

-Or even crockpot oats

-There are also great recipes out there for cooking annoying to cut vegetables like spaghetti, acorn or butternut squashes
