Collagen hot chocolate is the perfect comforting drink for the holidays with a little extra protein!
-1 cup milk (or a mug full)
-1/2 tbsp cacao powder
-1 scoop chocolate collagen or add more cacao and use plain collagen
-maple syrup to taste to sweeten
-heat and froth the milk of your choice
-blend in chocolate with a hand frother or blender
-then slowly blend in collagen
-optional: add maple syrup and peppermint extract
