Chai Tea Latte



Ingredients:

1 bag of chai tea

1/2 cup boiled water

1 cup coconut milk

1 scoop of vanilla collagen protein powder OR plain collagen with 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

cinnamon - for topping




Directions:

1. Add tea bag to boiled water and let steep

2. In the meantime heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat until hot but not boiling

3. Remove tea bag and add all the ingredients to a blender or use a hand frother

4. Top with cinnamon
