Cashew Garlic Sauce


  • 1 cup soaked cashews

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast

  • sea salt and pepper to taste

  • water as needed


  • Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth

  • Add water to thin out as needed

  • Add to pastas, use a dip or use as a pizza spread!
