two medium carrots, diced
1 can of cooked chickpeas, rinsed
1 clove of garlic, mined
1 tbsp of tahini
1 tbsp of maple syrup
3 tbsp olive oil
water as needed
Preheat oven to 400F
Cover carrots in 1 tbsp of oil and bake for 30 minutes or until softened
Remove from heat and place the remainder of the ingredients in a food processor until well mixed.
Add water to thin if needed
