4 Ingredient Kale Chips


  • 1 head of kale, ripped into pieced

  • 1 cup nutritional yeast

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 cup olive oil


  • Preheat oven to 400F

  • Massage oil into kale and mix in sea salt and nutritional yeast

  • Place pieces on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes
