How do I pay for digital products?
Use your PayPal account or credit card for eBooks and menu plans. If that doesn't work for you, email firstname.lastname@example.org. E-transfers, cheques and cash may be accepted in some cases!
How do I pay for physical merchandise?
Use your PayPal account or credit card in the shop. If you prefer to pay cash, cheque or e-transfer, that is fine! Email to place your order!
How do I pay if I am a U.S. customer?
If you are a U.S. customer, please use the PayPal option. You don't need an account. If you use the other options, your order will be cancelled. If you have questions about payment options, please contact us.

How do I book & pay for workshops and coaching sessions?
Some events and services have links that will redirect you to purchase otherwise send an email to to book your session. Cash, cheques and e-transfers will be accepted prior to you first session/event.

Can I get a refund?
Digital products, services, menu plans, and event tickets have a no refund policy. Tank tops, shirts, sweaters, hats and tote bags may be eligible for a refund on a case by case basis and must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Can I exchange my shirt/sweater/tank for a different size?
Yes, exchanges can be placed but additional shipping will be at the customer's expense. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the package. Any damage to the returned product will not be accepted and will be at the customer's expense. Email

I live in the area. Can I pickup my product to save on shipping?
Absolutely! Send an email at to arrange a pickup. Payment will need to be given prior to or at pickup, no exceptions.

I am not sure what size I am in a tank top/sweater/t-shirt. How do I find my best fit?
Please take a look at each image to see the size each model is wearing. Also, be mindful that some items are unisex so adjust your sizing accordingly. Size and fit also depends on personal preference (i.e. tight versus loose fitting)

Hats are: 3 ⅛" High, low profile with a curbed visor. For specific sizing please refer to the OFSA sizing at the bottom of the page in this link
