How many times have you seen a recipe that takes way too much prep time, includes ingredients that are impossible to find or isn't flexible to suit your dietary needs or preferences? I know for me, the more simple the better but I also don't want to compromise flavour and fun.
As someone who experiences multiple food sensitivities, I wanted to create meals and snacks that suited people with primarily dairy and gluten sensitivities and allergies but also make them tasty enough that they can be enjoyed by the whole family,
