Mason Jar Frozen-Coffee Smoothie Recipe:

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooled brewed coffee (or dandelion tea)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple (optional)

Directions:

  1. Blend all the ingredients together
  2. Add more liquid or ice as needed

 

Apple Cinnamon Chia Pudding Mason Jar Recipe:

Base Recipe:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  •  1 cup milk 

Apple Cinnamon

*do the full 1 cup of milk for this one because the oats will also soak up some of the milk

  • Cinnamon and/or allspice - to your taste preference
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • dash of vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter

Directions:

  • mix well and leave in a jar overnight in the fridge
  • serve with diced apple and peanut butter
