Are the menu plans vegan/vegetarian friendly?
Yes and no. The menu plans do not follow any specific diet. There will be suggestions to make animal based meals vegan/vegetarian. However, there are three vegan bonus recipes each week!
Due to the digital nature of this program, there can be no refunds.

Are the menu plans gluten and dairy-free?
Yes and Yes!
I have specific dietary requirements. Can I be sent a modified menu plan?
Unfortunately, no but the recipes are quite versatile!
